This beautiful villa is perfect, if you want to feel like you're right at home. Aside from the beauty of this exquisitely designed space, it's so comfortable you won't want to leave. Wonderful stay!

I had the best stay at North Beach Villa. I was visiting friends in the area, I stayed by myself, it was safe, very comfortable and beautiful. I will definitely book again next time I am in the area!

The room was great and the property was beautiful. Eric was very prompt with addressing my questions and provided with very detailed instructions that made check in super easy. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, the view from the patio was amazing, and it was so quiet. It felt like we were the only people in the whole place because we didnt see another guest. If youre on the fence about staying here, just do it. It is amazing and you will not find a better deal/property for the price. It almost seems like its too good to be true. We will definitely be back!

The building and room were excellent. I parked off street and was steps from my room. I ordered a pizza and the delivery was smooth! The bed was amazing and I loved the sheets! The bathroom is upgraded and nicely done. I had an appointment early and the Villa is centrally located in San Clemente and the traffic was good too! I enjoyed my stay and will return! Christy B

Perfect weekend getaway!

Impressive small hotel less than a mile from the restaurants and shopping district on Avenida Del Mar. New construction, thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable, plus great communication and updates from the owner during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
