โรงแรมใกล้สมเด็จพระสันตะปาปาซานคาร์โลส, มอนเทอร์เรย์

"minor point... it can be a labrinth to get to your room. it's the personality of the real estate. however, if a staff member can see there's a deer in the head lights look in a "client" after being told the navigation instructions, recognize that and make sure there is staff available to help navigate the premises."

"We had another beautiful stay at The Clement. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping and bell staff. The location is the best in town, and the bed…I wish I could take it home with me! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"BEWARE, NO air-conditioning, needed windows to be open. We stayed in a city view room on the top floor. VERY NOISY till the wee hours and woken by garbage and delivery trucks every morning! That being said the room was BEAUTIFUL!! enjoyed the breakfast service and happy hour in the lobby."

"Very charming and a lovely breakfast set up"

"Clean room, easy to find, close to everything. Friendly staff."

"Nice staff, clean, Modern room"

"Staff very helpful. Best!!"

"The amenities were clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the landscaping was very nice. The bath towels needed to be larger."

Secondly light sensor in toilet was either set incorrectly or malfunctioning. It would shut down light every 30 seconds. It could not detect people inside shower room. We had to slide open shower door every 30 seconds or taking shower in complete darkness. If it happened only to our room then it should be fixed before we arrived. If it happened to all rooms then it...
