Ottimo economico hotel, ottimo wifi

Buon hotel, ad un prezzo economico. Dotato di trattoria pizzeria molto comoda. Pulizia molto professionale. Personale cortese , abbiamo avuto un problema con tavoletta copri WC che era mobile, ed è stata sostituita con una nuova .

Not a nice experience

We booked 2 rooms in November 2018 for one night in June 2019. When we arrive, the rooms where not available, had been given away to others. There was no communication from the hotel, and they knew already this was gonna happen. We were transferred to a hotel 20 km back, hotel Olmi arranged that for us. We have to pay in advance !! Whitout seeing or knowing the other hotel. Cost us more than 1 hour delay in total.

Cheguei na hora marcada na reserva 11,30 e foi me dito pelo funcionário só as 14,00 h poderia fazê lo. Na reserva pedi cama de casal mais cama de solteiro ,tinha 3 camas de solteiro incluído uma dobrável com colchões nada confortáveis. A porta da recepção que dá acesso aos quartos quando é aberta fecha através duma mola avariada e causa bastante barulho não deixando dormir descansado .

Avevo prenotato una camera in questo albergo con poco meno di due mesi di anticipo. la prenotazione è stata confermata. non ci sono mai stati ripensamenti, modifiche, avvisi, niente. arrivato in albergo per il check-in il gestore mi dice che la mia camera non è disponibile e che non ce ne sono nemmeno altre libere. motivazione (espressa dall'uomo con irritante serenità): "qui vengono molti operai che lavorano in zona e hanno bisogno di dormire una o due notti ma se poi vogliono prolungare il soggiorno, noi diamo la precedenza a loro". cioè: io ho prenotato con largo anticipo [e ho prenotato anche per la mia fidanzata che arrivava dall'estero con l'aereo] ma il gestore ha dato la mia camera [prenotata] a un'altra persona che non aveva prenotato o ha prenotato dopo di me, senza avvisare, senza chiedere, senza poter offrire un'alternativa. mai vista una cosa del genere. la peggior accoglienza possibile. soprattutto dopo 6 ore di autostrada e dopo quasi due mesi passati con la tranquillità di aver prenotato. Statene alla larga.

Ottimo per passare 1 notte in attesa del volo all'aeroporto d Treviso. Vi e' a 300 metri un grande centro commerciale. Camere pulite e buon ristorante.

Le restaurant est infecte !!

On a choisi cet hôtel car on pouvait y manger en arrivant sans chercher plus loin. Erreur !! On aurait du chercher plus loin. La nourriture est insipide et même les pizza sont dégarnie et ne goûtent rien. Les pâtes...ne vous y risquez même pas !! Sinon la chambre était correct et le stationnement aussi. Des soûlons du bar nous ont harcelé jusqu’à notre voiture mais ça n'est pas la faute de l’hôtel. A noté que nous avion payé cet hôtel sur expédia et la réceptionniste, une nouvelle, nous a fait payé une deuxième fois, j ai du leur montrer mon comte sur internet pour être remboursé le lendemain.

Si può fare di più...

Problema iniziale con la prenotazione,non era disponibile la camera singola che avevo prenotato per problemi di gestione prenotazioni tra hotels.com e la struttura (così riferito dalla direzione). Vengo sistemato in una camera quadrupla ma decisamente buia e con odore di chiuso a causa di una finestra/lucernario chiusa a vari metri di altezza, che viene aperta su richiesta ma non è possibile gestire in modo autonomo(basterebbe un semplice sistema a manovella). La finestra resterà aperta tutta notte per poter avere un adeguato ricambio di aria con conseguente aumento di rumore in camera dovuto alla strada trafficata adiacente. Sarà stato pure un "upgrade" ma la camera che avevo prenotato dalle foto era decisamente tutta un'altra cosa come luminosità e non è certo un mio problema se ci sono problemi tra hotels.com e la struttura. Mi dispiace che la direzione si sia risentita del feedback negativo inviandomi una risposta piuttosto polemica anziché rendersi conto della realtà e se non ho avuto modo di dire personalmente le cose è stato perché al check-out non era presente nessuno e mi è stato detto di lasciare le chiavi sul bancone. Pagare poco una camera non vuol dire dover accettare qualsiasi cosa. Peccato perché la struttura ha delle ottime potenzialità, il prezzo è ottimo, la struttura anche se non nuovissima è comunque ben tenuta, molto pulita e con teli da bagno bianchissimi. Basterebbe un po' più di attenzione e umiltà nell'accettare delle critiche.

Le prix n'est pas très élevé, n'en attendez pas plus ! Rien à reprocher, mais rien de transcendant non plus. Cependant lors d'un prochain séjour j'y retournerai, et je suis prêt à le conseiller.
