All good!

All good. The cleaning staff was super friendly. It's a very short walk down to the beach and dunes and the carpark is right outside the building. Due to Covid they have reduced reception hours but that's ok.

Magnifica ubicación, fácil de aparcar, habitaciones totalmente reformadas con aire acondicionado. Fuimos justo después de la cuarentena y soy alérgica a los ácaros, lo pasé muy mal por las noches ya que al estar cortos de personal no limpiaron a fondo la habitación tras la reapertura. No obstante, he de agradecer el trato recibido por parte del chico de recepción como Mariola fueron impecables con su servicio y muy resolutivos con todo, sin duda volveré.

Beautiful studio rooms. Lovely layout to the hotel. Felt secure and safe. Friendly staff and helpful with questions. I will definitely be booking this hotel again in the future.

Insects in the room!

The room had no air-conditioning. I asked the man at the reception desk for help cooling my room and I was told that the air-conditioning was not working in the entire hotel. The room was inundated with tiny ants. They were on the kitchenette counter, the small table in the room and in the bathroom. There was hair on the floor as well as the bathroom. I could not get comfortable in the room whatsoever. Thankfully, I was only booked at Apoartamentos Dolores for only one night. I was counting the hours until I was able to check out. The accommodations were filthy. On a positive note, the bathroom had a very strong shower.

OK hotell uten noen form for ekstra

Oppholdet var greit nok. Hotellet gir heller ikke løfter om mer enn det. To fine takterrasser med utsikt over stranden og havet var for naturister. Bassengene var stengt til klokka ti om formiddagen, noe som ikke ga mulighet for en morgendukkert. Kjøkkenkroken var greit utstyrt for enkel matlaging. Bad/toalett var med badekar. Ta med egen gummimatte til å stå på i badekaret hvis du vil stå trygt mens du dusjer. Konklusjon: helt OK apartementhotell dersom du har planer om å greie deg selv.

Flottt belligenhet og nudist takterasse

Leiligheten lå tett på strand og shopping og uteliv. Den hadde nudist takterasse . Sengene var gode og etterhvert var også renholdet utmerket.

Not my first visit to Dolores Apartments and hopefully not my last. Great location for beach, Yumbo and amenities. Friendly helpful staff make this a great base for your Gran Canaria holiday.

Very Nice Apartment

The room was very clean and serviced regularly during my stay (5 nights). Very friendly and the hotel was close to the beach and within easy walking distance to local bars, restaurants and the Yumbo Centre. Full payment was required on check-in and whilst my visa debit card was accepted, the front desk told me the payment had been refused by visa. However I was able to withdraw cash at a nearby ATM 30 minutes later so the payment was made in cash.

Awful service

Initially a terrible experience- the junior suite is a single room and as there were 3 sharing one was on the couch which wasn't clear from the pictures and info. The guy who checked up in didn't speak English, was aggressive and demanded payment in cash. The next day the manager was just as bad- down right rude and aggressive! A few days later another lady turned up and she was lovely. It really spoilt our holiday!

Einfaches Apartmenthotel in naher Lage zum Strand

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah zum Strand Playa Beach ( Playa del Ingles) Das ist extrem günstig und dementsprechend kann man von der Ausstattung auch nicht all zu viel erwarten. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, verfügen über einen Flattv und einen Tresor den man anbieten kann. W-Lan ist kostenpflichtig. Die Betten sind leider nicht so bequem und die Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Die Reinigung erfolgt nicht jeden Tag sondern ca. jeden zweiten. Ist aber meiner Meinung nach ausreichend. Allerdings ist die allgemeine Sauberkeit eher etwas nachlässig. Es gibt 3 Pools und 2 Dachterassen. In der Summe hat der Aufenthalt sich aber definitiv gelohnt, da wie gesagt das preisleistungsverhältnis definitiv stimmt!

Great location

Apartment hotel close the beach, restaurants, busstop and supermarket. I recomend the rooms at the bottom close to the pool or them with seaview in the house there the reception are located. There are sun altan at the roofs with showers. The safetybox cost extra but the hotel feels safe with gated area. At the evening you can hear low music from distance but totally quiet indoors give a great sleep. Slow wifi cost extra. Helpful staff.
