This was a very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped apartment. The facilities are fine with a good pool and area around it. The breakfast was fine. We slept very well and would be happy to stay there again. We had a few minor grouses: It is good that there is a safe in the apartment but it was mean to charge for it even if the charge was small. It was not possible to use the exercise room after 4pm. The absence of any laundry facility on the site for those with short stays.

Great stay!

Great aparthotel, great location in Playa del Ingles. Friendly staff particularly at the restaurant, good restaurant and breakfast, quiet place with mostly elderly clientele. The minus would be the indoor spa, which you only had a booked access for 1 hr during each stay. It wasn’t that fancy and I don’t quite understand why it couldn’t be open at all times. Outdoor pool was cold, which in the summer is probably refreshing. Not so much in January perhaps. Apartments were huge with nice balcony, the beds were a little hard. All in all a good experience, would come back!

Casa Pepe has a wonderful breakfast buffet with good selections changing every day. Spacious, modern and comfortable outdoor area by the pool. I arrived one hour after the check-in started. A little note between the gate and the code box, saying the reception was closed. It literally said, for those checking in today, here is the code for the gate, and follow the instructions on the reception door after. Very easy to get in. The note on the door had my name, which apartment and that the keys were already put inside. This didnt feel safe at all, and anyone could have entered the hotel this way. The morning after, I went to the reception to physically check-in. Grumpy receptionist, not friendly ot smiling, only asked to see my passport. I didn't feel welcome here. She offered me to to rent the safe in the bedroom, for €15 pr week. The apartment itself is simple and keeps an average standard. Theres a note in the bathroom saying that towels are only changed once pr week, which was not communicated upon arrival. Air-condition didnt work. Kitchen is small and has a very basic selection of tools. Everything inside the cabinets were NOT CLEAN, very fatty and dusty. I did not find it inviting to cook here at all. Theres also a tiny note on the kitchen wall, that the dishes is only being cleaned by the housekeeping at the end of the stay. This also wasnt communicated before. Clearly, Casa Pepe, has several things to improve to make the guest satisfaction better.

Good stay!

The room was spacious and had everything you need to make a simple dinner. Wifi coverage was good throughout the whole complex, sun only in the morning hours for all balconies, but the pool area had lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Not all guest, unfortunately, understood the ban of holding of sunbeds way before they were going to use them. Breakfast had a little «twist» every day and there was a nice selection of cheese, ham, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, bread and coffee. Everything was clean and I had a very sweet lady cleaning my room. Even if I just know a few words of Spanish we had conversations everytime she came by. Over all, the staff were friendly, but the receptionist I meet when checking out was not helping me with storing my luggage, saying thank you for your stay to indicate that the checkout was finished or collecting my key card, but just turned her back at me and started working on her computer and she seemed annoyed with me as I was still standing there. A little smile would not hurt, deer receptionist!

Los apartamentos son amplios y espaciosos, bien equipados y limpios (limpieza 1 vez cada 2 días). Desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Espacio de piscina agradable, bien diseñado. Puntos negativos: La sala de gimnasio solo está disponible con cita previa, al igual que el SPA, que solo estuvo abierto una vez durante nuestro stay de 7 noches y con un horario impuesto solo para acceder al hammam y sauna. Por otro lado, hubo un mayor problema de seguridad y falta de servicio al cliente: el código de las puertas de la calle era visible en el cristal de la recepción desde la calle. No había servicio para los clientes en caso de emergencia (por ejemplo, si se perdían, robaban o olvidaban las tarjetas de acceso al apartamento). Número de emergencia de la responsable hasta las 21h y de la empresa de seguridad después de las 21h sin ninguna solución propuesta ni ayuda. Y lo que es aún más grave, un problema de seguridad importante: - Logramos entrar en nuestra habitación deslizando una tarjeta de crédito sin forzarla. ¡Imaginen si fueran ladrones!

Positiv - schön gestaltete Anlage, schön bepflanzt, gepflegt und weitläufig - Großer Pool, mit Whirlpool (leider sehr kaltes Wasser) und Sonnenliegen im flachen Wasser - ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden - separate Sonnenterrasse - Zimmer ausreichend groß, ideal ausgestattet und mit Balkon - Frühstück jeden Morgen ist absolut überragend und lecker - Servicekräfte und Angestellte im Restaurant sind sehr nett und freundlich - Es gibt eine Bar für Cocktails und man kann auch mittags im Restaurant essen Negativ - Aufpreis der Zimmer an der vordersten Seite zum Meer lohnt sich nicht, da man erstens keinen Meerblick hat und es zweitens an der einen Seite sehr laut durch die Klimanlage des Restaurants ist. Wir hatten Zimmer 16 im ersten Stock und konnten den Horizont grade so sehen, aber es war so laut, man konnte den Balkon nicht genießen. Ganz oben die Zimmer haben sehr guten Meerblick, allerdings, je näher am Restaurant, desto lauter die Klimaanlage des Selbigen... der Aufpreis lohnt sich also nur wenn man Glück hat - Angestellte an der Rezeption sind nicht hilfsbereit, unfreundlich und sehr unflexibel, wenn es darum geht länger in den Zimmern zu bleiben oder aber sein Zimmer wechseln zu wollen. Da wir über Expedia gebucht haben, ich vermute das ist der Grund, konnten wir kein anderes Zimmer haben, obwohl wir in den zehn Tagen Aufenthalt sehr oft und dauerhaft leerstehende Appartements gesehen haben.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Maspalomas. Strand, Strandpromenade mit Gastronomie, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle sowie Einkaufscenter... Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die sehr schöne und saubere Anlage verfügt über ein Spa, Pool und Sonnenterrassen. Der Flughafentransfer wird auf Anfrage organisiert. Vom gräumigen Zimmer/Wohnung mit kleiner Küche und großem Balkon, könnten wir den Sonnenaufgang überm Meer beobachten. Heller und geräumiger Frühstücksraum mit sehr guter Auswahl auch an frischem Obst. Es kann im Außenbereich gefrühstückt werden. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich habe mit Terrassen gebucht, war mit Balkon, Pool Restaurant sowie gym bis 16:30 offen, das Zimmer hätte altes schweissgeruch, sehr gehörig… könnte garnicht im Schlafzimmer schlafen, weil dört ein Sicherung Kasten, lärmend…. Pool war ok gestaltet, werde nicht empfehlen, aber gerne wieder mit hotels com werde ich buchen, andere orten waren viel beser…..

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au mois d’octobre 2022. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, proche de la promenade de Maspalomas qui nous mène soit au restaurant et boutique du centre proche de la mer soit sur les dunes magnifiques. Un grand parking gratuit permet de se garer facilement avec votre voiture de location. La suite est très grande avec une belle chambre, un bel espace de vie cuisine séjour et une terrasse très sympa! Petit déjeuner super aussi avec chaque une nouvelle spécialité. La piscine est super aussi mais elle n’est pas chauffée donc un peu fraîche au moins d’octobre mais on s’y est quand même baigné. Seul bémol sur l’annonce l’accès spa était soit disant compris or une fois sur place cela ne l’était plus. Le spa est compris dans la réservation au delà de 7 nuits et nous en avions que 6. Pas de geste de la part de l’hôtel nous avons donc contacté expédia pour ce litige ils nous ont dit d’avancer les frais et nous serions remboursés. La procédure fut longue mais au bout de 4 mois j’ai été remboursé.

Casas Pepe joulukuu 2023 hyvä sijainti

Siisti huoneisto. Vuode ok ja tyynyvaihtoehtoja tarjolla. Koko viikon pyyhkeet oli kerralla kylpyhuoneessa ja riittivät mukavasti. Keittiössä liesi, jääkaappi,pakastin, mikro, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin sekä astiat ja aterimet. Oli myös tiskiharja, sieni, astianpesuainetta ja tiskirättikin erikseen. Liukuoven lukitus oli hiukan erikoinen ja 1 krs sisäänkäynti pation puolelta. Valitsin hotellin respan pitkän aukioloajan perusteella, mutta onkin auki ma-la klo 9.00 - 17.00. Muina aikoina kirjautuvan pitää huomata ilmoittaa respaan saapumisesta. Sunnuntaina respa ei ollut auki. Ilmastointi ja safe maksulliset. Wifi kuului meillä hintaan. Päiväunien aikaan (klo 14) kolisteltiin siivouskärryillä. Muutoin rauhallista ja hiljaista. Espanjalainen aamiainen vaihteli päivittäin ja oli runsas tarjonta. Uima-altaan vesi joulukuussa aika viileää, joten reipoaan ulkoilun jälkeen oli parhaat pulahdukset. Viihtyisä allasalue. Ilmainen spa oli sauna ja pari pientä allasta, höyrysauna ei toiminut. Ihan kiva joo mutta ei siellä tuntia saanut menemään. Hoitojen hinnat olivat aika kalliita. Huippusijainti juuri dyynien ja rantabulevardin äärellä.

Bra men går göra bättre

Tråkigt bemötande vid incheckning med en kvinna som inte alls var på bra humör. Läget på hotellet och lägenheten kanon. Poolområdet mycket bra för oss som resande par. Lägenhet med havsutsikt var bra. Negativt är de sämsta sängarna som man kan ha. Stenhårda och har kuddar som är som tegelstenar. Mycket bra frukost men har en frukostvärdinna som är alldeles för högjudd och tror alla talar tyska. Små justeringar så skulle jag ge detta boende 4/5. Idag max en 3:a

Wir kommen wieder ;)

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr Zentral aber dennoch unglaublich ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit auch bei Sonderwünschen. Frühstück war der HAMMER. Kleines Buffet, aber abwechslungsreich und sehr gute Qualität. Zimmer sehr Sauber, Safe gegen Gebühr, kleiner TV, einziger Nachteil im April ging die Klimaanlage noch nicht, wenn man im Wohnzimmer schläft wird das recht warm Nachts.

Perfekt udsigt

I forhold til udsigt fik vi den helt rigtige lejlighed og der var stille og roligt om aftenen. lejligheden ligger godt med gode spisemuligheder tæt på. Morgenmaden er som forventelig på hotel, god med fint udvalg
