"Waren mit der Familie für 6 Tage in 2 Zimmern dort. Hotel ist sehr schön, nicht so weitläufig wie andere 5* Hotels Richtung Maspalomas. Das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Zimmermädchen zu den Kellner(innen) und Rezeption, alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Uns hat das Hotel vor allem gefallen weil es am Ende der Promenade ist. Wenn man vom Leuchtturm westwärts läuft ist das H10 am Ende der Promenade (10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Leuchtturm). Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht, und...

"What I noticed from the first moment is the impeccable cleanliness, very friendly staff. The hotel needs a renovation and I mean the rooms and the furniture in a deplorable state. The room is a 3 star, not a 4 star but the bed with excellent mattresses made up for it - I had a perfect sleep. The food is again a strong point - very varied, tasty and above all fresh. I liked that the grill and the fresh salads. Cakes and desserts a major plus, very appetising and prepared in the hotel...

"Estuvimos una semana a finales de abril y la estancia ha sido muy buena en general el hotel es muy familiar lo mejor la zona de piscinas, limpieza y servicio, por poner un pero la comida, creo que se podía mejorar al igual que los espectáculos nocturnos"
