A home stay experience.

We expected a room with a private balcony but shared a terrace with the owners which felt a bit awkward. Our reservation stated daily room service but it was only cleaned once in five days and bins emptied twice. Windows were very dirty and the air con unit was centrally controlled by the owner. However on a more positive note the owners were very welcoming and friendly and even did a wash for us at no additional cost.

El lugar estuvo bueno. No es un hotel. La posada cerca de la playa, aunque un poco lejos del centro. Por lo menos se puede comprar en algunos negocios que están cerca. La habitación al tener 2 camas hace que sea bastante pequeña. La limpieza es bien buena en la habitación y baño.

No lo recomiendo la persona que administra no tiene ni idea del hotel en san Andres, a pesar de comunicarnos con varios días de anticipación con él cuando llegamos no habían habitaciones disponibles, después de dos horas y casi a la media noche nos cambiaron de hotel, la atención de las personas a donde nos cambiaron es buena pero no fue el hotel en el que se reservo ni el servicio por el que se pago.

No vayan!!!!

Si bien entiendo q el precio del servicio es bajo no cumple con lo prometido. 1) La dueña de la posada no tenía idea de nuestro arribo. 2) Nos hizo esperar una hora, en un sitio sin aire acondicionado y 30 grados. 3) El lugar no tiene nada de privacidad. Hay un living y cocina, donde esta la TV q es para compartir con los demás huéspedes, en ese área no hay aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones tienen los baños fuera de ellas. 4) Al final del pasillo hay un aire acondicionado q es el unico disponible. Para q entre algo de aire fresco la construcción tiene ladrillos huecos en la parte superior, pero además del poco aire entran los ruidos de la otra habitación, del living, y los olores de los baños y cocina. La privacidad es nula. 5) Al otro día de haber llegado nos despiertan a las 8 de la mañana a los gritos porque nos cambiaban de posada. 6) Es obvio q esta mujer no revisa las reservas por Internet, nunca programa o avisa q ya no tiene lugar y luego empieza a derivar a otras posadas los huéspedes. El alojamiento nuevo era humilde, pero al menos tenía privacidad. Existen en la isla otros alojamientos a precios similares y mucho mejores, por lo q pudimos comprobar. En resumen: falta de seriedad, improvisación y falta de respeto a los huéspedes q somos quienes sostenemos su negocio. Un consejo? NO VAYAN!!!!!!!

Alegría de vida

El recibimiento fue muy bueno por parte de la señora Edula y el señor Chelsie. La habitación era muy cómoda (baño amplio, aire acondicionado, nevera, tv - que nunca vimos-)y nos dieron acceso total a la cocina de la casa para preparar desayunos y otras comidas. La posada está situada cerca a Rocky Cay y a las playas de San Luís, lejos del bullicio del centro, pero con cajeros automáticos, restaurantes y mercados cerca. La playa estaba sólo para nosotros y al regresar a la posada nos encontr´´abamos con la sonrisa y calidez de la señora Edula y Chelsie. Lo mejor del viaje fueron ellos y su gran amabilidad.

Pousada bem raizal (nativa)

A pousada eh bem simples. Tem uma cozinha te uso comum. A dona da pousada, Edula foi muito atenciosa. Alguns detalhes importantes a ressaltar são: tem muito mosquito mesmo, o colchão eh bem básico e desconfortável, o bairro eh pouco turístico e a noite não tem nada. Eh preciso alugar algum meio de transporte para se locomover e ir até o centro que fica a uns 7 km.

Chambre assez grande avec frigo et tv. Pas de petit déjeuner mais cuisine à disposition. Il faut un moyen de transport car il n y a aucun restaurant à proximité la plage est à une Bonne distance de marche.
