"It was advertised for 300+THB and I booked. When I arrived, the reception told me to pay the difference to make it 500THB. There was another couple at the same time with same issue.
The reception talked to owner on speaker phone in Thai and we overheard the owner telling her to lie to us about the details and also refused to refund me.
I called Hotels.com to complain and I was told to pay the difference and the company will refund me.
Let’s see if this is so.

"Cheap and good place 1.1km from the Hua Hin night market away . By walk about 17 minutes. Green songthaews driving across the main road. Owner very friendly . Hot water ,coffee and banana downstairs for free. Washing machine and what you need to wash your clothes cost 40 baht ,the machine is huge.
Location is ok ,7 eleven and petrol station nearby .
Hotel is brand new and got cleaned every day . And we received two bottle water everyday for free and new towels .
Can highly recommend this...
