"Very comfortable room for the two of us. The breakfast was always delicious and well-stocked. They had a sweet full bar in the -1 floor (basement) where reception is located, with ready made sandwiches and small pizzas. I loved that I could get a nice glass of rosado (rose) in the evening after a day out. Very conveniently located near busses, and the train, which you can take north to beaches. And lots of restaurants! The staff was super-friendly and helpful with directions and fluent in English. Even though they said they weren't, their English was way better than my Spanish. My only wish is that there was more counter and storage space in the room. But other than that an excellent stay, especially for the price. FYI, it's a hotel and a hostel so make sure to pay attention when booking if you want a private room. They also have dormitory style options. A woman we met booked a single and by mistake didn't realize she booked a room in the dorm section, and would be sharing a room with other women."

"Location of hotel excellent for visiting Guggenheim, taking a river cruise and local restaurants, especially in the old town. Comfortable room. No special welcome on arrival but reception helpful when approached with a question. Breakfast was OK with reasonable choice although I didn't think much of the coffee. Dinner one evening in the hotel was good although very slow service, taking over an hour for first course to arrive. Our room faced NW, so excellent view of the eclipse. Bar/lounge area nice with reasonable prices for pre-dinner drinks."

"Friendly staff, liked our check in chocolate! Room was lovely and quiet after staying in quite a few noisy rooms on this trip! 20 min walk from the old town and close to public transport. Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options. Would definitely stay again!"

"If you can bear a value hotel, then you will be fine. It had a bed and facilities and it was peaceful. Everything is monetised; coffee, breakfast, wifi - all costs money. Its on a motorway in the middle of nowhere, and the toll road costs $1, bit annoying. The corridors stink of smoke and damp. Decor is dated horribly. But its fine."
