"The hotel itself was beautiful, but unfortunately the room was not what we expected. We unknowingly booked a pod-style room, and it was extremely small. My husband and I could not even walk side by side, and there was barely enough space to move around the bed. We attempted to upgrade, but the hotel was fully booked.
