"Great breakfast - love the fried eggs and croissants, they are so fresh. Angela gave me lots of useful travel tips - on how to take buses and trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum, where to go for dinner and where the local market is. Also took two day trips to the Amalfi coast, all the way to Amalfi. There are some great restaurants and delis nearby, it's comforting to have some deli food and fresh veggies and fruit after a long day of sight seeing."

"Very nice stay in the heart of Salerno. Everything you need, and walkable to all the major touristy areas and close to the train station and port area for ferry rides to Amalfi Coast. If driving, make sure to arrange parking with the owner ahead of time. It’s a very tough area to park"

"Room was very clean and nice. Same for bathroom. We had to walk from station to the location with luggages, couldn’t find any Taxis or Uber… problem in Salerno no taxis even on our way back. BlueMare very nice and right on the beach but overall Salerno is not made for tourists."

"The hotel is located right across the street from the train terminal. Once checked in, we settled into a spacious room. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was a very, nice and fresh assortment. The hotel is within walking distance of the ferry, which will take you to a number of islands in the coast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with directions if needed. I would book it again."

"A great location, friendly check-in, and nice size for a family of four. The only downsides are hot water for showers is pretty limited so you need to space them out or have short showers, and the ladder to the bunk bed is not fixed onto the bed making it a safety concern, but this could be fixed with a couple screws. "

"This place is a gem centrally located in Salerno. It was steps from all the restaurants and shopping. The rooms were so clean, each one individually decorated. Chiara took good care of us! "

"Posizione della struttura molto buona, vicina alla stazione dei treni da cui partono anche i bus per la costiera, vicina al centro della città che è piuttosto raccolto, vicina alla fermata del bus Flixbus sul Lungomare Trieste. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Struttura molto buona, la mia camera era la Zaffiro, ampia con bagno in camera, frigobar in stanza e balcone. Il signor Christian è molto gentile, consiglio questa sistemazione e spero di tornarci. "

"The apartment is a short walk from Salerno train station and conveniently situated near multiple shops, restaurants and cafes. The cute balcony offers a nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood and patios below. The bed was very comfortable and room cleaning service was offered daily. There was unfortunately a plumbing issue in the bathroom and apparent mold buildup in the ceiling corner which was visually unattractive and came with a slight odor. Host was aware and had plans to have it...

"We really enjoyed our stay at ConteMax ArtHouse. The location was excellent. It is just a short walk from the train station, close to the waterfront for trips along the Amalfi Coast, and surrounded by plenty of local shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like an espresso machine and a modern bathroom. My wife especially loved relaxing on the balcony with her morning coffee. Overall, it was a comfortable and stylish place to stay,...
