You are correct that our owner maintains a residence in New Zealand with her family in addition to this one in Samoa, and for this reason she is sometimes away. I am sure my staff enjoyed having you stay with us. It is a pity you didn't upgrade into one of our Lagoon View Rooms Rooms. You would have enjoyed by what it sounds like, that you love to shower with hot water, also you would have enjoyed cooler air condition as well if that is your preference. Perhaps next time do email Expedia most helpful staff to make sure what exactly you are paying for when you book a room. As for an uncomfortable bed, we have replaced a mattress that our housekeeper reported that needed replacing. Appreciate your review then Anonymous, this has surely assisted our housekeepers improve their performance. All the best as you continue your travels, if not this year, then perhaps in future.
