I found a cockroach in my room in the night and no one was there in the reception to help out. For a hotel in such conditions, the price that was charged is a total theft. "

"An excellent stay overall. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient throughout our visit. The hotel is located right next to Tonsai Pier, which makes arrivals, departures, and getting around the island via water taxi, or heading out for tours, incredibly easy. One small note: we arrived late to breakfast one morning and the food was no longer hot and a bit underwhelming. If you go right when breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., everything is fresh and much better. Overall, a great hotel that we’d happily recommend it if your are staying overnight on the island."
