El Lugar es magnifico ya que es un castillo adaptado a hotei ell trato de la persona que recibe y atiende a los huéspedes es PÉSIMO . deben humanizar a ese personal. por lo demás es un buen lugar pero no lo recomiendo y no volveré a ese sitio.

hotel good but food disappointing

Had 5 rooms booked here for one night with a group of friends the hotel is very clean and rooms good where this hotel lets itself down is the food the restaurant was the most expensive we came across in 10 days of travelling around northan spain and it was by far the worst non of us eat our meal as it was either under cooked or had 2 kilos of salt added the staff wasn't helpfull with menus and would not recommend

El hotel es precioso, bien restaurado, decorado e iluminado. Nuestra habitación incómoda: camas de 0'90 y muy pequeña (sin casi espacio para pasar entre las camas). Estuvimos 2 noches: viernes y sábado. El viernes pasamos frío, pues la calefacción no estaba puesta. El sábado, que el hotel tenía ocupación completa, pusieron la calefacción y no pasamos frío. El sábado por la noche bajamos al restaurante sobre las 21.00 horas y nos indicaron que el comedor estaba completo (viendo nosotros mesas libres) preguntamos si podíamos tomar algo en una mesa que hay en el bar y nos indicaron que no, ahí no sirven cenas. Tampoco nos dieron opción de volver más tarde, eran las 21.00 horas! las explicaciones fueron nulas, parcas y secas. La recepción casi nunca estaba abierta, con lo que era difícil comunicarse con el personal La restauración que hay en el pueblo es bastante mala: comida basura: hamburguesas, sandwiches y frituras, para ser Asturias y lo bien que se suele comer, nos decepcionó bastante.

Beautiful historic Spanish hotel

Set in the medieval walls of this small Asturian town the hotel feels like a mini parador . The rooms are traditional with beautiful wooden floor etc The rooms are all set around a central cobbled courtyard. Food very good & staff friendly & helpful

C'est un bel hôtel, original et authentique puisque aménagé dans une ancienne bâtisse jouxtant le château fort. On y trouve également l'office du tourisme et un très bon restaurant offrant une belle salle, un patio agrémenté d'une exposition d'oeuvres d'art et une agréable terrasse où l'on peut s'installer par beau temps. Le restaurant propose entre autres un excellent menu pour deux boissons comprises à un prix très raisonnable. Le lieu est calme et le patio fleuri incite à la détente. Notre chambre était jolie et confortable quoique petite. La propreté des sanitaires est irréprochable. Les alentours méritent une promenade en passant par l'église et les bords de la rivière qui traverse cette petite cité elle aussi très calme.
