"Staff Marin responded fast, act fast and very helpful. Location is excellent. Car is not allowed in old town, Marin guided me to the parking lot, he transported us and our luggage with a mobility cart to hotel. Breakfast is good quality. "
"Very good apartment at a yacht habour with a small swimming pool with whilpool. Professional staff at the reception during check in. The apartment is quite spacious and the kitchen is well equiped. The only pity is that the breakfast has too few variation. The beach is somewhere to drive."

"Beautiful location, easily walk to restaurants and shops. Shower in master bath was not caulked correctly and every shower turned the bathroom floor into a swimming pool. Good thing it was summer."
"This is an exceptional hotel on every level. It is beautiful and in the centre of the old town, with easy access to the water, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and attractions.
The room I had exceeded all expectations - the views, the decor, the AC (!) the wonderful bed, shower, etc. were, along with the tiny details, faultless.
The staff were exceptional. From the guys who drove me to and from the taxi, who carried my case, to everyone on reception who ordered a cab to the airport,...

The hotel is a bit 'no frills' in places, e.g. it was impossible - for me at least - to extract the shampoo/bodywash from the wall dispenser, and the towels were a bit too small... but honestly this is real nit-picking. The plusses overwhelmingly outweigh...
