"I’d love to highlight just how amazing Mohamed the front desk personnel was! He was really kind, polite, we were able to communicate clearly and just a lovely person. Same with the bellhop, Khalil he was so so sweet and helpful! They honestly make that hotel and deserve huge raises!! My mom and I did not like our room as they seemed much smaller in person. We reserved 2 bed with sea view. There was small window for the sea view, the bathroom was so small and the shower was an open square that...

Alles in Allem perfekt.

"An older hotel in need of major renovations, as the rooms date back to the 1980s. There were power outages during our stay. The staff was helpful, and breakfast was served upon request. The area surrounding the hotel is dusty due to ongoing construction work."

"Clean room ,small beach area but organized, helpful staff, standard breakfast limited lunch &dinner buffet needs improvement"

"love everything people room"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel in Hurghada was horrific. 1. Birthday Dinner Ruined by Poor Service One of the most upsetting incidents happened on my birthday. I sent my outfit for laundering and was given a specific time for its return. I made it clear to the staff that I needed the clothes for my birthday dinner that evening. Despite this, my outfit was not returned on time, and I was forced to cancel my birthday dinner. No apology. 2. Disappointing Food and Repetitive Menus 3.The...

"The bed was fairly soft. The fridge worked very well. The 2 x AC units also worked very well which was necessary for the hot July evening I stayed there. It looks a bit better than it is. The kitchen appeared to be quite good but there were hardly any dinnerware to eat with or from. The kitchen faucet barely worked. No soap to clean the dirty dishes that were there. Had to hunt to find the towels. The communication wasn’t that great and they never told me the address. It was a guessing game...

"Oda temiz personel güler yüzlü sadece klima çalışmıyor..merkezi yerde fiyat performans olarak kalınabilir çok güzel.. Türkiye’den geldik 21 Ocak 2026"
