"I stayed at Living Chilled for 15 nights and I could not have hoped for a better stay! I usually like comfort when traveling alone, and the room looked very clean on pictures. I was not disappointed, the room was fantastic with a fan and air con, a fridge, a coffee machine, a modern TV with HDMI, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with hot water and a lot of space. "Infinity offers a place to sleep, eat, amd get a massage all in one place. They are located on a main road, easy to walk to everywhere I needed to go (restaurants, dive shops, ferry pier, etc.) When I go back to Koh Tao, I plan on staying here again."
"Very Bad refund policy. We where not happy at all with the stay. We didnt want to stay in the room. Please change aircon System it is very unhealthy. Wet blankets from the aircon and damp, moldy smell. After hotel was booked out we had to stay another Night in the smell before hotel Had New room for us. Meanwhile we found another hotel and moved to there. We gave Keys and breakfast Coupons back but didnt got anything for remaining 6 nights. 410 eur went down the drain and we had 3 sleepless nights.
