"We enjoyed our stay, and especially the very helpful and friendly staff! Our only complaints were that the pool was almost too cold to go into, and the outlets in the room were so loose that we couldn’t get plugs (for our phone chargers and a CPAP) to stay in without bracing something against them to hold them in place. The TV was unplugged and we had to crawl behind the desk to plug it in. The hair dryer was also defective, and sparked and overheated enough to trip the circuit breaker in the...

"Absolutely love this hotel. We always get the same room/suite so spacious with the balcony and rain shower and therapeutic bath. Great value for the price. Room was very clean. A lot of black debri came out of the hot tub when it self-cleaned after my bath which was a bit weird and gross but i suppose it can happen. Parking is spacious and esy access to hotel. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Super close to restaurants and stores and the zoo! Will go back! Annie"

"Got a main floor room that was clean with access to the parking. Pool, spa, hot zacuzi all worked great and clean. Breakfast was normal but good enough. Location is away from downtown which was great for me. I don't want older hotel in the core. Staff were younger cheerful, great personality except for an older lady who was grumpy and could use some upgrades and training on customer service skills."

"The place was not very clean, as we found a ant problem, the bathroom floor was dirty especially in the cornors, I did take a video of the room to be safe that I was not charge extra on my visa, referring to damage fees."

"Ma réservation était confirmée par Expedia, mais a été annulée le jour même (courriel à 16 h 30) pour cause de rénovations!! (je doute fortement que les rénovations ont débuté ce même jour à 16 h 30. Comme je n'ai pas eu la possibilité de lire l'avis d'annulation, je suis arrivée au Motel à 23 h pour me faire dire que je n'avais pas de chambre! Très très décevant!"
