Reguested ice bucket but never received one. Parking near by but a little walk to the hotel. Other than that, very nice looking hotel. "

"The parking was the only difficulty - finding the actual car park, and organising the parking permit. Better info should have been sent via Hotels,com. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and dealt with all other issues effectively."
