Nice place to stay and friendly atmosphere. It was great that we were even able to get lunch sandwiches from breakfast when we asked from reception. It helped a lot with children. If really trying to find something to improve would be more self-service and variation with breakfast by having more vegetables and fruits as in pictures.
Camera singola apprezzabile, bagno ok. Piccolo particolare tra 29 e 30 gradi in camera giorno e notte e aria condizionata inesistente e/o non funzionante. Impossibile dormire se non aprendo completamente la finestra sperando non entrino zanzare e insetti vari.

Gentmo Anonymous, l'impianto d'aria condizonata non viene attivato quando la temperatura esterna è inferiroe ai 23 gradi (durante la notte del suo soggiorno era di di 17/18°)

Great location, just a two minute walk from the old town. Hotel staff was attentive. The room was okay. Carpeted floor was stained, bathroom was large with a well functioning shower. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The room had a nice balcony with excellent views looking across the valley.

Hotel medio livello. Buona colazione.
Hotel con alti e bassi come mi sembra anche Saint Vincent. La struttura sia internamente che esternamente non mi ha convinto molto. Camera con moquette macchiata e condizionatore pieno di polvere che non funzionava assolutamente bene. Bagno Ok. Parcheggio dell'hotel inesistente. Buona la colazione con prodotti locali. Buona scelta sia dolce che salato. Personale accogliente e gentile.

grazie mille per la recensione.
Ci scusiamo molto per la moquette: si tratta di una macchia di candeggina che è rimasta sul pavimento in seguito ad una detergenza approfondita, che viene effettuata regolarmente nelle camere.
Ci scusiamo anche per la povere nel consizionatore: lo faremo presente subito al servizio esterno di pulizia.
Il parcheggio è esistente, si trova a 100 m, ed è coperto e a pagamento.

Je suis vraiment désolée, mais je peux vous assurer que tous les clients sont traités de la même manière, même ceux qui ont réservé en choisissant le meilleur tarif "sans petit-déjeuner".
Sauf que peut-être aurait-il été plus confortable pour nous, par exemple, de savoir que vous préférait un balcon. La seule demande était d'avoir deux lits séparés.
Le rideau de douche est depuis longtemp introuvable: les douches ont un grand verre fixe pour se protéger des éclaboussures
Climatisation dans la chambre anémique et même en panne avec 30 degrés dehors , séjour difficile
Climatisation dans les parties communes cassée
Invasion de fourmis terrestres et volantes le dernier soir
Jamais les produits du petit déjeuner ont été tous présents
Pas beaucoup de sourires...

merci beaucoup pour nous avoir écrit.
Nous sommes très désolés pour Votre avis négatif.
Malheureusement Vous nous avez rien dit pendant Votre séjour et pendant le check out.
En ce qui concerne la climatisation , elle fonctionne dans les chambres, si toutes les fenêtres sont fermées. Il s'agit d'un système de climatisation de montagne, donc plus fort en hiver pour rechauffer les chambres.
Pour les parties communes de la structure, nous avons décidé d'ouvrir toutes les portes et les fenêtres vers notre grand jardin vert privé et donc d'adopter une climatisation naturelle, aussi pour une raison d'impact environnemental.
Nous sommes désolés pour Votre avis concernant le petit déjeuner, sans aucun doute nous irons le prendre en considération, mais surtout pour les sourires.

Skønt familiehotel, flotte, rene og virkelig store værelser, skønt stort og nyt badeværelse, virkelig sød og varm familie-ejere, og en dejlig familierestaurant med hjemmelavet lokal mad og vin i bunden af hotellet, hvor vi opgså fik en god morgenmad og fremragende kaffe næste morgen. Saint-Vincent er desuden en anelse rarere at overnatte i end Aosta.

Ottimo per posizione adiacente al casinò ed a2 passi dal centro personale educato e cordiale , il centro benessere è carino ma adatto ad un massimo di 2 persone per volta per quanto riguarda la camera è molto carina ma non pretendete il massimo considerato che è un 3 stelle !!! Nel complessivo lo consiglio per rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione.

Preferiamo sempre chiamare la nostra Spa con il suo vero nome, ovvero 'Le Coin du Relax', proprio perché si tratta di un angolo benessere. Ci tengo a sottolineare comunque che sia la vasca idromassaggio che la sauna ospitano circa 4 persone ciascuno.

Rather small hotel in Saint-Vincent, very well located (close to the Casino, if that's your thing, but also close to many restaurants). Friendly and efficient employees. The rooms are comfortable and clean, some (all?) have a great view of the Aosta valley. Our room as a bit small, which was fine for a short stay but may become bothersome for longer stays. Very good breakfast with a good choice of cheeses and local jams.

Qdo sair,tranque tudo!!
Hotel mediano,numa cidade ótima para explorar o Vall D'Aosta.O problema ( grave) é que vc ao sair , terá que trancar suas coisas à sete chaves.Pois é! Vc será roubado descaradamente ,provavelmente pela camareira!!Mesmo que fosse o melhor hotel de Saint Vincent, (o que não é o caso) um fato desse acaba com qualquer estadia.Os donos não devem nem desconfiar que isso acontece,porque geralmente o hóspede fica constrangido de reclamar ,mais o fato da dificuldade de idioma.

I hope that your review is not about Hotel Au Soleil, but about another hotel, because you are totally wrong.
First of all, this is a serious offense, which has been levied against our staff and, in general, all the Hotel Au Soleil.
Furthermore, if you are talking about your personal things (a dark beauty case with nail scissors and nail polish inside) , they are here in the reception since your departure (the 2nd of July 2017, room number 203). Because of privacy, we can't contact the guests in order to inform them to have find personal things in their rooms, but the customers of course can phone or write us.
In addition, we are very surprised that you didn't say nothing during your stay in our structure or during the check out.
Finally, if you are sure that this charge is still true, we invite you to address to the relevant people because for us this is defamation.
