Car emergency Breakdown stay

We need a hotel fast as our car broke down and the insurance company couldn’t find one... we were there two nights. Staff were really good, rooms clean a tidy, beds comfy.

Juste acceptable pour une nuit

Les chambres sont très petites, mal insonorisées. Le cabinet de douche est très étroit. Comment ferait une personne en surpoids pour se doucher dans de bonnes conditions ? Pas de prise dans la salle de bains et une seule dans la chambre. Le personnel à l'accueil était poli et très souriant.

Nous n'avons dormi que 3h . Pas de climatisation. Les personnes à côté de nous n'ont fait que parler sur le palier, jusqu'à 4h du matin. Ils se sont calmées lorsque je me suis levée pour leurs dire de se taire. Sol dégradé. Seulement 1 prise pour une chambre à 3, donc impossible de charger les téléphones.

Pas de rideaux de douche, sol de douche gras, la tv ne marche pas, niveau petit déjeuner déçu. Nous prenons chaque année des hôtels première classe mais celui ci était le pire. Punaise morte sous le matelas.... Chambre vétuste.
