Friendly staff

The staff was very friendly when I checked in and when I asked how to close my door (the lock was finicky). Parking was adequate. Didn't have breakfast. Comfy bed. Nice shower (one that doesn't have a door but also doesn't spray out into the room). Limited outlets made recharging devices take on a triage system. Heard everyone who came in after 2 AM, as all doors seemed to slam shut. Coats of paint are needed everywhere, and the place could use a decent renovation. Great boulangerie across the street, and grocery right next door.

Pas de balais à wc ni de tapis dans la salle de bain. Arrivée au petit déjeuner, tables sales pendant que l'employé discute et été assis. En attendant nous n'avions même pas de tasses pour le petit déjeuner. Certes ce n'est pas cher mais il y a un minimum d'attente pour le service. Cela dit, c'est calme la nuit et le jour.

Il personale non parla alcuna lingua se non la propria. La camera in sé è essenziale e abbastanza spaziosa, ma non è stata mai rifatta e il secondo giorno, solo al mattino, abbiamo potuto chiedere asciugamani e carta igienica in reception, perché dopo le 21:00 non è presente nessuno e nessuno è più reperibile neppure telefonicamente (persino il servizio clienti Expedia non è riuscito a contattare nessuno e ad aiutarci). Inoltre molte camere sono comunicanti e divise da una porta che nel nostro caso non era stata chiusa neppure a chiave. Colazione terribile: uova sode già sbucciate e fredde e, in generale, prodotti scadenti, presentati ancora peggio.

Qualité du ibis à revoir

La clim panne pommeau de douche Boucher, femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre de bon matin, mauvais accueil à l’accueil pour le petit déjeuner, tapis couloir, complètement taché de partout. Je crois que c’est le pire ibis qu’on a fait depuis toutes ces années.

Problème de code d’attribution de chambres

Notre numéro pour récupérer la chambre était incorrect nous avons attendu dans le hall avec nos 3 enfants pendant plus d’une heure avant que quelqu’un nous attribue nos chambres. C’était un coup de chance car passé 21h il n’est plus sensé y avoir quelque’un. La personne très sympathique par ailleurs nous a dit que les numéros fournis par hotel.com étaient souvent erronés, il y a donc un bug de transmission de numéro entre hôtel.com et ibis budget. Notre numéro ne comprenait que des chiffres alors qu’il devait y avoir des lettres (vues sur les numéros des autres clients qui avaient des codes valides)
