"A lot of noise from the road . The window didn’t open or close properly. Air con not switched on yet ( waiting for summer ) and the code door lock was very temperamental and took many attempts to open . Breakfast is very basic . A lot of noise late at night from the airport. "

"Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. "Hôtel qui pourrait être au top mais quelques petites choses à améliorer. Déjà l'accès PMR n'est pas adapté, il y a des graviers du parking jusqu'à la porte d'entrée. Même ma valise avait du mal à rouler. Je l'ai signalé au gérant à l'accueil et on m'a répondu que c'était adapté! Ma chambre par contre était PMR et très bien aménagée. Encore faut-il pouvoir y accéder... Elle semblait propre mais les coussins décoratifs qui étaient posés sur le lit étaient plein de poils! Je pense qu'ils ont dû...

It did not disappoint; excellent and helpful staff, brilliant location with an easy walk to the old city, a private secure car park, quiet comfortable room, and a good breakfast. And an excellent value! Our stay in Bergerac was very pleasant thanks to the Hotel de Bordeaux. "
