Great spot on the beach. The indoor pool was a hit with our kids. Tidy and clean, good for family with kitchen and bedrooms. We had a car so was convenient and easy to get places.

Perfect Stay

An amazing place. I read some of the negative reviews prior to booking and given the high standards that we were met with it hard to believe some of the comments. The room was finished to a high standard and was magnificently equipped. It’s right on the beach and the pool facilities looked great although we did not have time to use. We will 100% stay here again.

IF YOU ARE ENGLISH, DISABLED OR HAVE ANY CHEST CONDITION - STAY AWAY FROM REINE MARINE ST MALO We were returning customers to this hotel. I am disabled and I have a chest condition. I had a conversation with FERNANDA at Reine Marine St Malo to say I could probably manage without disabled facilities in the room in order to continue with our booking. She appears to have taken this to mean I could descend stairs (I can’t) and I could deal with a chlorine atmosphere for 3 days since the room was next to the indoor pool (I can’t - I have had pneumonia 4 times). When we explained the problem on arrival we were refused an alternative room and we had no option than to book into the Mercure St Malo Balmoral - THANKS FOR NOTHING REINE MARINE - THE WORST SERVICE EVER IN 40 YEARS - AND I WAS A RETURNING CUSTOMER - I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN - to demonstrate how utterly not on the ball these people are - when we got back to the UK we had three emails asking how our stay was and if we’d come back for winter - UTTERLY USELESS

住宿環境舒適，房間露台看海景及日落。可煮食，廚房用具齊備。 唯一令我們不太滿意就是住宿一位經理，男士。當我們退房時，懷疑我們沒有把所有廚房用具清潔妥當。本人跟他理論並隨他到房間檢查。我們已經在退房前清潔及整裡我們用過的潔具。 也並不清楚公寓就店的要求標準，我們已完成基本的清潔碗碟及廚具。 這刻我們覺得他不信任及歧視我們。感覺他的態度不好。

L'emplacement est parfait avec un accès direct plage. La piscine est très agréable, avec une vue magnifique, mais elle mériterait un petit peu de rénovation pour être parfaite. A part cela, les appartement sont très fonctionnels. Le personnel très sympa. Je recommande.

La résidence est top, idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct à la plage. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un personnel professionnel et agréable. L’appartement était propre, fonctionnel et suffisamment équipé. Et puis cette vue sur la mer presque panoramique, juste magnifique! Se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues, pouvoir observer depuis l’appart de beaux couchers de soleil et le mouvement des marées…vraiment magique! J’aurai aisément mis la note maximale si nous n’avions pas été confronté aux punaises de lit. Nous avons dû partir la veille de notre départ dans la nuit après avoir découvert, en soulevant l’alèse d’un lit (voir photo), que ce que nous prenions pour des piqûres de moustiques, étaient en fait celles des punaises! Et Heureusement pour nous, que nous l’avions découvert avant notre départ, cela nous a permis de prendre les précautions nécessaires afin de ne pas en ramener chez nous (en espérant que cela aurait été suffisant). Actuellement, ma fille et moi sommes entrain de faire une sérieuse réaction allergique de type urticaire suite à ces piqûres.

Magnifique emplacement en bord de plage! Proche de tous les services et à 7 minutes en auto du vieux Saint Malo. Mais l’appartement pour 5 personnes est très exiguë. Minuscule cuisine et très petites chambres.

Das Reine Marine ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ingesamt immer noch top! In der Küche haben uns nur grosse Becher gefehlt ansonsten ist alles da. Das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich, die Lage unschlagbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles war so wie erwartet. Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten und ein kurzer Weg zum wunderschönen Strand. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

L'hôtel dans l'ensemble est assez propre. L'ensemble est un appartement entièrement fonctionnel. Mais il n'y a pas de brosse à dents jetable, la pièce est sombre et la cuisine n'a pas de vaisselle, des problèmes qui doivent être améliorés. Regarder le coucher de soleil depuis la chaise de plage est magnifique.
