"Parking was a nightmare. There was a large lot, but it was always full. The breakfast room was not clean. Tables were not cleaned and floor not swept. Lobby nice looking, but furniture not comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. Room comfortable and clean."

"Our bed was made up without a sheet. We couldn't get an answer from the front desk or housekeeping. When we walked to the front desk, we were handed a sheet for us to make up the bed ourselves. The customer service was very poor."
