"I enjoyed my stay — the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the amenities were nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that stood out was that it wasn’t quite as clean as I expected (a bit of dust and a few missed spots). Other than that, it was a good experience, and I’d consider staying again."

"The gentleman who checked us in was so nice! He upgraded because it was our anniversary and signed us up for the hotel benefits so we could get a discount. The view from the Top of the Mark is fantastic and they happened to have live music as well. "

"First impressions are everything. Jenna was extremely warm and welcoming. She was so kind and asked my partner and I for our pronouns to ensure she was being respectful. Her explanation of the hotel was thorough and answered all our questions. She’s a very rememberable person and the hotel should be very grateful so have someone like her on the team. A true asset. The room was super cute! We had to kill about 10 gnats which was off putting but other than that, the room was fine. I would suggest more lighting or better bulbs. It was so dark, even with all the lights on! "
