The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented.

"We loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was ‘spa’ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries.
The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggage’s. "

"The Property is really nice for an older building! The area of town is a little rough, and walking outside after hours isn’t super safe feeling, but honestly everything else is really nice.
The staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating.

"I really enjoyed my time at White Swan Inn. I reached out the week of my stay for an early check-in and was grateful for a quick response! I was fortunate they were able to accommodate me and check in was quick and easy. I used the valet service as well which is not cheap but was super convenient and in my opinion, worth the money! I would definitely stay here again. "
"This is my third time staying @ Hi hostel SF downtown.... Excellent location, super nice and friendly staff, literally 3 min walking to union square plaza and macy's..... rooms are always clean.... I had a great time meeting people from other countries."
