"We discovered this Chambres D'hote completely by chance, although via Expedia. Madame Poli is a delightful host who welcomed us enthusiastically and made sure that everything was to our liking. Her attention to detail is first class. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable despite our stay being on one of the hottest days of the year. There is a lovely garden also, in fact the whole area and ambience is so relaxing. If we're ever passing nearby in the future we would certainly stay here...

"Good location for a stop over on the way to Calais and low price. Although there was an odd smell on the rooms, The door did not seem secure and the toilet didn’t flush properly. We probably wouldn’t stay again. "

Things I didn’t like were, the toilet in our room was separate from the bathroom but didn’t have any washing facilities so you had to walk from the toilet through the bedroom into the bathroom which was just odd. "Wij waren met z’n tweeën en een grote hond. Daarom hadden we de 3-persoonskamer gereserveerd en die beviel heel goed. Veel ruimte en een goede airco. Wat tegenviel was het diner in het restaurant. De portie was klein (Bavette), het vlees (à point) was taai en de friet niet lekker. Wij zijn hier veel vaker geweest en de ervaringen zijn steeds dezelfde. We accepteren de mindere kwaliteit in het restaurant omdat de rest wel goed is."
