"My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getawayâbut were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for.

"This is not a hotel for a traveler. Itâs suited to family vacations in the mountains. No internet access in room, TV didnât work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? Yes, but a 200-meter hike with bags. "

"Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key.
He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldnât be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."
