The accommodation itself was very good. Since I stayed at the end of the thaw and it is in a very rural location, there was a lot of mud - perhaps inevitably. It was good value as a deal, so I would be glad to book again, if the rates remain competitive.

Morning shift attendant not as customer service savvy as evening attendant. Luckily I was late arrival and Lester was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Clean and very well maintained.

It was a unique experience staying in a yurt environment for the first time. The view was fantastic. The yurt had everything you needed including a corkscrew. The new owner, was on site and was very personable. We even got to meet his dog, Leroy. They have chalets and regular rooms as well. We had pizza and wings, and maybe a drink, in the relaxing bar/restaurant.

Staff were very accommodating. We booked a Yurt last minute during a long road trip as a rest stop. It was such a cool experience for the kids. The property has a ton of amenities. As we were only there for a short time I cannot review them directly, however the main lodge had a nice bar, and a games room!

J'ai adoré le staff. Très acceuillant et généreux. Je me sentais comme a la maison. Le coin est tranquille et paisible. C'est vraiment un beau spot pour marcher et faire un feu dehors.

Super vacance! Nous avons apprécié la yourte no.4 du deuxième sentier. Le seul bémol, le matelas est très incomfortable et devrait être changé.Pour le reste , numéro 1 !

this property was a very pleasant surprise! Recently under new ownership the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was basic but very clean with a gorgeous private bathroom, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. We stayed in the main building but walked over to where the cabins, yurts and camping areas are and all were very neat and tidy and looked well cared for. Too cool to use the pool when we were there but it too was clean and in good shape. Beautiful spot! Hope to return again soon and try the zip line.

We were put into a small cabin instead of a studio room that we had booked and the cabin had no shower or hot water!

Thank you for your message. The Refuge is a small cabine. There is toilette but no shower.On the other hand, you have a lake, big terrasse and a deck. If you wanna change your location, you should have asked us and we would have been happy to make your stay the best.

La chambre était bien et propre et confortable. Par contre, certaines choses essentiels manquaient, par exemple, la lumière de la lampe ne fonctionnait pas (une 2e lampe n'aurait pas été de trop), il n'y avait pas de savon pour le corps et une boîte de mouchoirs aurait été un atout aussi. Et l'heure d'ouverture du restaurant un samedi matin est beaucoup trop tard. L'employé au bar était super accueillant et serviable. Et pour le peu de temps que j'y suis restée, j'ai apprécié la beauté des lieux.
