"Nice stay"

"Very friendly service from front desk. Great location. Small bed for two (twin?). We thought we would have a balcony, but were told only suites had balconies. We were enjoying the hot tub but were very surprised when we were told by the lifeguard it closes at 5:00. The room was rather dated. The breakfast buffet was decent but no scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage …. Overall, given the price, we expected better."

"For the most part the resort is really lovely and staff are welcoming. I do want to call out that I had booked two rooms under same reservation. The couple we were travelling with arrived before me and checked in. They were told that they could use rooms beside each other but would be very close (one room apart) I was told the same thing when I checked in but we realised we were staying on completely different floors. When we went back to ask about this, the front desk doubled down on there being no other rooms available. It was really disappointing. The floor we were staying it was clear the rooms were empty on either side. Seemed just like a really weird thing to not let us have rooms beside each other, especially as it was made under one reservation. Think the resort should do a better job at this."

"Nice view of the lake. Nice amenities in the room. The staff were unhappy though and spoiled the experience. Everything took a long time. Had to search for them to pay our bill a few times. The pre-check in was also a waste of time as the front desk just re-asks you the same questions again when you arrive."
