"there is a new side and an old side to the hotel. We stayed on the old side. There was a very large spider in our room. There were cobwebs on light fixtures in the bathroom corners. The staff was excellent and attentive. I am gluten-free, and they did try to make accommodations. They did have rules for me. But not much for me to eat. "We had a view of the city and the window. All the staff were awesome. Amazing location. No fridge but they chilled out wine for us. You can pay for Parking or just find it on the outside and walk in. If you like to get an early start get breakfast at the hotel as nothing opens before 10 in town."

"Creaking floor in an attic room wasn’t great. Nice view from the window, if you were very small. Tricky staircase to deal with and very low ceilings in corridor. Looked like a fabulous room was unoccupied on ground floor but we weren’t offered it (even for a price) Hostess nice and helpful but no English. Continental breakfast was nice. Great location"
