"Nice sparkling clean place. Hotel quality beds ,in safe east side of Haller lake neighborhood(not west side near the Aurora ave chaos(Hwy99).. has a full kitchen with all the appliances/cookware needed if travelers want tp prepare own meals. Have stayed mid week and have either been alone or had I or 2 of the other rooms occupied. This place is my go to choice when I need a night in Seattle and don't want to pay big $ but not sacrificing quality. Check in -front door entry codes + the code for room are quickly sent prior to self check in. Plenty of free parking + I designated spot given.Fast wifi."

"I got no rest what so ever at this place, loud music and people talking till almost 3am the whole building makes noise maybe being old but the pipes in the building creek. Its cool place to visit, but wont ever spend 150.00 on a night that wouldn't allow me to sleep in peace."

"The fridge in our room had not been emptied/cleaned out when we arrived. The last guests had left half an opened beer, salad, drinks, etc. After a few requests the beer was taken away but the other junk not, so we finally cleaned it out ourselves. That was our only issue. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again, and recommend it."

"My room was clean and well designed. It had convenient storage for clothes and a lovely layout of the room. I found the room very relaxing and serene with the beautiful colors and decor. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The bistro had really good food and coffee choices. Outstanding Hotel!!"
