"Hotel, Room and Grounds were Amazing. No customer service or interaction from staff. Valet collected and distributed car, but never interacted or asked name, information on my stay or small talk. I had to initiate conversation to all staff. Can’t explain a WOW moment in the three days I stayed at the Lodge. "

"Staff was nice. I would say friendly. But Nice. The exercise room was very warm and moist. The AC was showing 68F. But felt 80F. Also the exercise room is very cramped. Reorganizing the equipment would help. The work out bench has broken parts and pad has bolts poking up and loose. Had to keep pushing pin in place. I walked a staff person to the room. I would not she did not take notes."

"The fridge in our room had not been emptied/cleaned out when we arrived. The last guests had left half an opened beer, salad, drinks, etc. After a few requests the beer was taken away but the other junk not, so we finally cleaned it out ourselves. That was our only issue. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again, and recommend it."

"Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking to save money, though Saturday rates felt a bit high for the lack of amenities. On the plus side, the place is very clean, smells fresh, and provides fresh towels. However, they are quite stingy with toiletries—only one sachet of shampoo and conditioner, and the soap was poor quality. A bit of a red flag: the receptionist mentioned several times that drugs (specifically opioids) were prohibited, which made me feel like this might be a common issue...

"I enjoyed the stay at Hilton Garden , from the check in process to the cleanliness, all was great . Special mentioned to the housekeeper I saw her cleaning so throughly, I was impressed! Thank you all : )"

"Hotel is having renovations. Rooms was clean, bed was wonderful. Had a tv in both rooms. My air in my room didnt work, but I didnt complain. It wasnt hot outside, and I had a fan that they supplied. Im sure if they would of knew they would of switched my room. Staff was wonderful. Cascades, the bartender, he was very nice, knew the area, including, the neighborhood bar and grill up the road. Called, On the Left. But its on the right. Lol. Pool area needs work, but was clean. I would stay...

"This is my second time staying here, and it continues to be a solid choice for the price. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the stay comfortable and easy. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. "Well we got there and the hot tub was not in operation, was not notified prior to check in at hotel. The business center did not work as I needed to use the computer and printer which costed me more time and money to get things printed at staples. Many of the hotels doors broken and things did not work. Could of swore that breakfast was included, which it was not. I also was harassed by the staff of the hotel for not being a current guest, as I was being chased down the hallway being accused of...

"Stayed with family of 5. While the sofa bed isn’t comfortable (feels like laying on a bar) the overall stay was great anyway. Enjoyed the pool and our families favourite is always a great selection of breakfast choices."

"Angel from the front desk was amazing from even before we arrived, checking in via text to let me know my room was ready. When we got there, she had great recommendations for wine tasting across the parking lot from the hotel. She even arranged for a gift of sweets to be waiting at our room when we returned from dinner because we were there for my birthday. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but the waffles smelled great as we were walking out of the hotel."
