Les + de l’hôtel : • Le personnel à l’accueil est agréable, le repas est bon et bien servi, et la literie est très bonne. Les – de l’hôtel : • Vous arrivez dans une cour où sont entassés des containers débordants de gravats et le parking est vraiment sale avec de la boue et des détritus au sol. • Le bâtiment est très vétuste et les chambres sont surchauffées sans que l’on puisse fermer les radiateurs de quelque manière que ce soit. • A l’accueil, la réceptionniste m’a répondu que plusieurs personnes se sont plaintes régulièrement à ce sujet et que le personnel IBIS n’était pas en mesure d’intervenir sur le réglage de la température dans les chambres qui est bloqué selon eux. • J’ai vraiment hésité à reprendre ma voiture à 21h00 et faire les derniers 300 km jusqu’à mon domicile. • Je l’aurais fait si je n’avais pas déjà roulé 800 km. • La température dans la chambre était supérieure à 25°C, donc une impossibilité absolue pour dormir. Je me suis levé 5 fois dans la nuit pour ouvrir et fermer la porte-fenêtre donnant sur la rue principale où passaient des véhicules sans arrêt: bref j’avais le choix entre une chambre surchauffée et silencieuse ou une chambre froide et bruyante. • Le petit déjeuner était vraiment basique (pas de fromage, pas de yahourt, pas d’omelette….) Pour ma part, je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel et le déconseillerai vivement à mes commerciaux.

Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre bereits hinter sich und muss dringend überholt werden. Es ist kein typische Ibis Style, aber das Frühstück war Ok und die Betten hatten einen Topper.

Pas digne de la marque IBIS STYLE !

Hélas rien à voir avec les images de la publicité IBIS STYLE ! Chambre très petite avec salle de douche minuscule. La serrure électronique ne déverrouillait la porte qu'une fois sur 5 ! La porte de la douche ne se ferme pas bien et laisse passer de l'eau qu'il faut éponger ! La safety box était verrouillée fermée ! C'est un établissement assez ancien qui ne mérite pas la marque IBIS STYLE, mais qui pratique néanmoins les prix de cette marque ! Petit déjeuner inclus de bonne qualité. Personnel serviable qui fait son possible pour maintenir l'établissement à flot !

Une retouche serait la bienvenue…

Hôtel vieillissant, la moquette du couloir du 2eme étage est déferlasse, le double vitrage ne fait pas son travail on croirait que la fenêtre est ouverte tellement on entend du bruit de l’extérieur. La chambre était propre, le personnel ça va… Au petit déjeuner il y’a du jus pressé ce qui est rare.
