"Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff."

"I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints!! It’s a beautiful, charming yet updated hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the bathroom is modern. The courtyard is beautiful, the pool is very nice. And of course the location can’t be beat!! It is my absolute favorite place to stay. Parking is on site and reasonable for the area. The front desk and valet staff have always been very friendly. Very cool, historical NOLA vibe!!"

Warning, they have a limited elevator, it goes up but not always where you need it, so if stairs are not your favorite activity, you might request a lower level room. We loved everything about the place (sans-stairs)! Premium parking is directly in front of the hotel and decently easy to access which is rare in NOLA! The courtyard and pool were a hidden gem, it was like a Spanish grotto, the only thing missing was a running...

"My wife and I stayed here the last week of May and loved it. Location is great between the bustle of the Bourbon St. area and Frenchman St. It's across the street from a bar, so that can get noisy. Old charming building with an attached building as well. Room was spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was tasty and saved a ton of money on our trip. Gym is a hike way upstairs to get to. Staff had more than enough information and recommendations to make your trip memorable."

"There were several instances where I had to constantly call to verify that our room would be cleaned. The first night, no one came to clean the room despite calling the front desk and getting “next” on the room clean. When they finally came, they only replaced towels and made the bed. Sheets were not changed, there were still water marks on surfaces that we were told were “clean.” The iron and ironing board were still out. Trash was not cleared out of the room. "Location is one of the best in the quarter; it doesn’t get loud at night and is walkable to Frenchman St. The bed was also really comfortable, and the room decoration was really cute. The only downsides were that the sink faucet was very low (can’t fill a water bottle) and also, there was no dresser in the room to store folded clothes. Still, a really great and cost-effective option for a cute, quiet, private stay - which can be hard to find in such a busy area!"
