"The hotel is very well situated in the town and it’s very clean. The owner and all staff were very helpful very friendly. There is no parking and the property, but It’s only about a half a block away."

"Location, setting & surroundings are excellent, peaceful, nested courtyard compound. The adjacent church bell, on the hour is ok, presenting some ambience in a very quiet location. Breakfast was a bit limited continental, boiled eggs, toast, breads & fruit. Shower head (Pop room), was on the handheld (rain head not working?). Very smart, clean & well presented location with parking (both EV chargers would not deploy energy despite online registration & payment validations, which was frustrating as nearest Supercharger was c.5Km away and used instead). Great couples retreat I would recommend."

"I didn't get my room the first night and had to book into another hotel , because the phone number to reception where I was staying was wrong. It was for their sister hotel. This is the number supplied by Expedia email. The next day I went to check in being 500 euros out of pocket. They couldn't locate my house key as someone else had taken it. I ended not staying in my allocated room and shared with my colleague. I am now absolutely livid as im massively out of pocket and it has ruined my holiday. An absolute farce, I will not be using again. I would like a total refund of my money plus the 500 euros I had to spend for the first night!!!!!!!!"

"Clean, Good location, but not 4 star IMO. Breakfast “ok”. Rooms are NOT as big the images. Major Kudos to the photographer for making the place look big. Another group we talked with shared the same view as us. Pool is tiny, bathroom was tiny, toilet separate but around the closet? Would have been a lot more logical to have updated in a more integrated way."

"The second floor room we booked had a double aspect sea view, which was stunning as the Hotel is right on the sea front. The car park is right outside the entrance to the hotel, whilst small there was a space for us. I imagine there might be limitations to the car park when the hotel is full. There was no lift which was not a problem for my partner and I, but might be difficult for older or more infirmed customers. The room was spacious enough but there was no Kettle and only a coffee machine, whilst there was plenty of Coffee and lemon Tea there was no English Breakfast tea. There were only two small capsules of milk for the coffee and certainly not sufficient for more than one cup of coffee if you took milk. We didn't ask reception for more as my partner does not drink Coffee. In the bathroom the bath plug didn't fit as the mechanism was broken and so it was difficult to fill the bath. The plug leaked noisily the whole time you sat in the bath and unless you kept the tap running the bath emptied very quickly. The Shower head wasn't fitted to the flexi pipe properly and I had to fix it to use it. The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. The Hotel location was ideal for our requirements, we had gone specifically to see the British Normandy memorial and the Standing with Giants instillation which is not far away. We didn't have breakfast nor use the restaurant or bar. There is a very pleasant restaurant across the road called the Green Crab."

"We stayed in a lot of places in Paris and Normandy. This one was my absolute favorite. We drove from Paris and arrived at dusk. Seeing the Chateau revealed through the hedges in the evening light was magical. We explored the grounds a little later and spotted a fox hunting in a pasture. It was so calm and peaceful. Our room was so spacious and I took the most relaxing bath after a full day of walking on a D-Day tour. The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious. If I were ever in the Normandy region again, this Chateau is my first choice."
