Second time I stay at this resort and I love it. This time in like a pod by the lake as rooms were all booked/unavailable. Staff are great helpful and friendly. We noticed some changes as there were new train carrge type buildings. We were curious and went to look and also discover a water park at the far end of the resort we didn't know about this is truly a gem in a rural loction. Great breakfast as before. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is extremely convenient, near major shopping centers and public transportation.

The biggest downfall of this hotel is no airport pick up drop off as it is quite a walk which I wouldn’t want to do again because there are other hotels in much nearer but I couldn’t afford the hotel itself

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

We stayed here 3 times already and was impressive since our first visit. Such a great small hotel and fantastic location near airport. Thai food was great. There is a swimming pool located on the second floor but not for kids.

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

Good location for visiting main sites, nice pool area and helpful staff. Very modern and comfortable room and great view. Great value for money particularly over New Year

This property was in a perfect location and was very clean. Lots of places to eat and drink around it but also quite if you are not wanting to be right in the hustle and bustle, however it is a 1 minute walk away.

The shuttle bus was easy to book , staff were helpful. There was a huge amount of redevelopment in the hotel, but it did not affect our stay. Good job.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

The hotel is amazing. The room which was a River View suite was amazing. The view from the top bar is second to none. Breakfast fantastic, they make your toast to order over hot coals!!
