Great location! If you have any mobility issues this is not a great location but fortunately we were fine! Nice walking distance to the river!

Room was very clean, spatious, cozy and comfortable. All the amenities needed were there. Quite a few cafés, restaurants and shops within 10 min walk. Everything else within 10 min drive. Very quiet. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect(if you don’t watch sports)

The place is fantastic,impeccably clean,perfectly located. Only a few minutes walk from downtown,restaurants/bars. Only hic is,no sports channels on tv.

Schönes Loft mit einem sehr netten Kontakt, eigenem Zugang und guter Ausstattung. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto um in der Gegend Dinge zu unternehmen aber das hat man ja wahrscheinlich sowieso, und dafür ist die Unterkunft super.

Base a Chicoutimi

Appartement sympa avec 2 chambres a Chicoutimi, a 10 minutes du "Centre ville" place de parking incluse. Petit bémol inherent a ce type de construction, le bruit, les appartements de l'étage, s'ils sont occupés génèrent du bruit (des pas, les allers retours , les escaliers extérieurs) Si vous avez l'habitude de dormir sur des matelas tres fermes, vous allez avoir mal au dos car ils sont trop mous.(C'est une préférence personnelle, je le concède) Autrement au top, bien équipé, bien situé, propriétaire accessible par email, informations très détaillées sur le logement, la région, la sécurité également (numéros d'urgence etc...) et très bon emplacement pour rejoindre les routes principales et aller visiter le lac saint jean, Tadoussac, le long de la rivière de Saguenay et le fleuve Saint Laurent.

J'ai bien apprécié mon séjour à cette résidence touristique. Bien moins cher qu'un hôtel et très bien situé dans un quartier tranquille tout près du centre-ville (ça se fait facilement à pied). Le stationnement gratuit sur place est un gros plus. Je le louerais à nouveau sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

Bien situé , à distance de marche de l'hôpital et de la rue Racine. Relativement bien adapté pour les enfants et bébés , avec chaise haute et lit de bébé sur demande! La cuisine et la salle de bains étaient bien équipées, les lits très confortables et le voisinage tranquille.
