Beautiful Japanese setting. Loved the tatami mats and the bathroom facilities. Appreciated the hotel driver that picked us up where the bus dropped us off and then gave us a tour and took us to the salt mines the next day.

外国の方のスタッフさんの対応で親切にしてもらえたが、まだ日本語に慣れていないところがあったようで説明が少し分からない部分があった。ただ、部屋から景色はすごく良かったのと部屋も広く綺麗だったので満足しています。

特筆すべきは広大な庭から眺める夕陽。海に沈む夕陽は東日本からは見ることはできない。素晴らしかった。朝はヨガがあったり、夜は佐渡おけさの体験が出来たりと色々とイベントがあっていい。露天風呂は小さいがこちらからも夕陽が望める。朝食だけ付けて夕食は近くの相川町でと思っていたが、これがなかなか厳しかった。googleに載っているのとは営業時間が変わっていたり、そもそも選択肢が少ない。早めに予約した方無難。朝食ブュッフェも悪くなかった。全体的に満足。

朝食はとても良かった。夕飯は酒好きには良い。ただ小学生の子供用の食事は、大人向けすぎるのでほとんど食べられなかった、幼児様の夕飯は良かったので、確認して欲しいと思いました。とても景色も良いので海が好きでのんびりしたい方には、おすすめな宿です！

値段のわりに普通です。

沈む夕日がきれいとの情報でこちらの宿にしましたが、あいにくの天気で雲に隠れた夕日でした。ウエルカムドリンクもチェックイン時に説明なく、部屋に入り、案内文にあったので、庭園に出る前に、フロントの女性にウエルカムドリンクあるんですねと、声を掛けましたがハイとだけ、ロビー窓際で座って待っていましたが、なかなか出ないので、結局こちらから「セルフですか」と尋ねる次第。 声をかけた時に「カウンターにあるので、セルフでどうぞ」と言ってくれたらよいのに、サービス精神無し。せめてもは、露天風呂から眺める星空はきれいでした。部屋も食事も普通でこの値段にしてはお値段高く感じました。また夕方の入浴時には大浴場の前に、風呂上がりに用意された薬草茶はぬるくて最悪、翌朝の時は今度は氷が入っていて冷たかったですが、サービスが行き届かなく、今一つ。それに部屋の照明がリモコンでしたが説明の書き方が悪く、どれがリモコンか探しても見つからず、スイッチの枠から全体を外すタイプのリモコンでした。この説明が理解しずらく、なおかつリモコンスイッチで部屋が消灯しません。　壊れているかとデジカメで見ると赤外線はリモコンから出ていますが、照明器具が反応せず、3チャンネルであったので切り替えてみてもダメ。壁のスイッチで消灯しました。毎日点検しているのでしょうか？どれもこれも、期待外れでした。

素晴らしいホテル

お部屋はツインルームでオーシャンビューでした。朝食付きのプランでしたがお米の食べ比べも出来てとても美味しかったです。 何よりも夕日がとても綺麗に目の前で見えるのが良かったです。お庭も手入れされていて ハンモックでゆらゆらしながら寛げました。スタッフの皆さんも対応がとても良く夜にはイベントもあり退屈しませんでした。また泊まりたいです。

貸し切り露天風呂は1100円で50分とお安いです。 海が目の前で良かったです♪
