"The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not it. It is located on a busy road with extremely loud traffic all day and night. Ear plugs were provided but were useless. I'm happy thay my stay was limited to one night as I require quiet enjoyment in my lodgings. Parking was also tricky and the rivers and gardens mentioned in other reviews were non existent. This property is 2 hours away from San Jose...

"Resort is a little older and needs some refreshing but is still very nice. Large and clean pool! Large covered balcony with lounge area and shared cooking area. This is a great space for dining al fresco, doing group yoga, working, playing games or just relaxing and watching nature. Also make sure you dont need a/c. This is an eco resort. I didn't pay attention to that part of the details but still lovely at night with the fan on."

"Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! "

"the AC not working properly, the washbasin stuck, water dont run normally, in the kitchen i ask a gentleman , if i can get a disposable plate , or any kind , he refuse it , the manger came and talk to then and gives me a regular plate, and told me to bing back when i finished it. ( probably he was thinking the were taking foof to our room , he judge us , without know our intentions. ( plate was to cut a fruit in our room) !"
