"This is an excellent location with really nice apartments! There is so much within walking distance and its right next to the main train station. Plus they were prompt to help when we made requests. However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... "This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"Es war sauber. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir für zwei Nächte auch Nespresso-Kapseln für wenigstens einen Kaffee pro morgen und Person gehabt hätten. Nächstes mal nehmen wir welche mit. Ansonsten alles gut. Zimmer war sauber, Restaurants haben wir auch zu Fuss errreicht. Gerne wieder. Toilette war verstopft! Das war eher mühsam."

"This was a wonderful way to spend a 15 hour layover! Easy walk from the airport, easy and high hospitality ck in, quiet, comfortable, easy walk back to the airport the next morning to ck in for my flight. And at a very reasonable price for on-site lodging. 2nd best decision of my trip!"

"Perfekte Unterkunft um vom Airport Frankfurt zu starten oder anzukommen - sehr nah und gut erreichbar. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Frühstück war 1a und eine absolute Empfehlung!
