Wonderful hotel! I liked the location because it was close to everything however not on a busy street. The hotel does not have an elevator however the staff were wonderful and brought my bag to my room. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

The staff at Lacasa were very friendly and incredibly helpful—they truly went out of their way to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Any issues were sorted quickly and with a smile. The motel itself felt a bit tired, but it was very clean and well-maintained. The location was central and walkable. Overall, the staff were the highlight and made all the difference.

All the staff were exceptional and the hotel manager made our every need was taken care of. Really had a great time in Sapa and staying at Lacasa Sapa made most everything a short walk away.

The most helpful and amazing staff

Room we had was big and comfortable. Overall very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, different buffet selection daily. Had a choice to select more dishes from a menu as well. Good place to stay. All the staff very nice and friendly.

아직 정상화 전이라 조식포함이었지만 호텔 레스토랑이 아닌 맞은펀 쌀국수집에서 국수를 조식으로 제공함. 새벽시간과 늦은밤은 5분이상 온수를 틀어놔야 따뜻한 물이 나옴. 야간버스를 타고 이른 새벽에 도착했지만 직원이 친절히 응대해줌

Hotel is as expected. Bathrooms are nice and large, rooms are basic. Breakfast was below average I felt but convenient. Staff was helpful in giving advice however, the day we arrived we asked them to organize transportation for us from Sapa to Ha Giang. We were then only able to work with the one employer we originally asked. Times and prices kept changing. In the end we were told it's a limosine van (upgrade) for 400k (a 'special' price the hotel got us). Our limosine was a 15 person van. We had 24 people including a baby with three people standing bent over in it at one point plus all the luggage. Everyone else only paid 200k (my friend I was travelling with speaks vietnamese). Our hotel also did something crazy with our money and didn't give us a ticket, so the beginning of the trip involved the driver threatening to leave us on the side of the street having already left the Sapa town. The back door opened twice and to top it off the person next to me threw up. It was honestly my worst travel experience. I emailed the hotel to inform them about our experience and they didn't respond despite being very respondent previously. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and left feeling disappointed.

Value For Money Stay.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. We arrived early morning, having caught the train from Hanoi, they checked us in early (within half an hour of arrival, which gave us the chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet before settling into our room). Hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk to the town square, with plenty of restaurants/bars. All in all, highly recommended.

L'hôtel a été rénové, les chambres sont assez grandes et sont confortables. Il est très bien situé. Par contre, les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et on entend trop le bruit de la rue. Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même, il ne change jamais. Aussi, il y a un supplément chaque nuit pour un lit enfant alors que la réservation a été faite avec un enfant.
