"El complejo está bien; solo que si quieres pasear por la ciudad está lejos y a veces es difícil conseguir taxis; de noche está oscuro llegar a las cabañas; pero mi mayor decepción ocurrió al ver que mi terraza no daba a los arrozales sino a unos árboles. Yo sacrifiqué la cercanía con la ciudad por tener las terrazas de arroz en mi balcón y no sucedió eso. Recomiendo mejor asegurar cuarto con vista a terrazas dentro de la ciudad así tienes todo a la mano. La piscina excelente !! "

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly. One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. However, if you type either names into Google Map, it'll return a location marker with the name "Sapa Mountain Resort,...

"Emplacement idéal! Calme et idéal pour se détendre, avec un magnifique jardin. Le personnel était très accueillant et a veillé à ce que notre séjour soit agréable. Le restaurant était bon, même si un peu plus de variété au menu aurait été appréciable. En résumé, une expérience agréable!"
