Wonderful

New hotel stay in center, good place to discover Sapa. Clean room with air-conditioner. They also have motorbikes for rent that help me save some cost.

Wonderful

Great place with new furniture. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly reception, air conditioner, hot water, etc. All good with suitable price. There is Pho restaurant in front of hotel that good for breakfast.

Poor sound control from hallway. Smell in bathroom

Couldn't sleep at all with extremely loud guests and poor sound insulated room, hollow door. Heard every other hotel guest. Also, my room had a glass panel connected to another room with light coming through. They didn't charge me for early check-in, which was nice.

Value hotel. Room was Ok and bed comfortable enough, but it seemed a bit grubby - area behind bedside table (moved to plug in phone charger) hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was not available - despite what the description said. Lots of road noise (horns etc) throughout night. It’s quite a hike up the hill from the town. Great price, but you get what you pay for.
