"Lovely boutique-like hotel with very attentive staff. I felt well look after & cared for. My last night I mentioned to the front desk agent that I had an early flight, he said, "Don't worry, I'll get you a coffee". Indeed, when I came down the next morning to check out, he had a little tray with a cup on the coffee table & said, "What type of coffee would you like?" Those types of details make a property exceptional. It had a nice, small spa in the basement (the steam room wasn't working)...

"We hebben enorm genoten van Krakau en ons verblijf in Hotel Golden Queen. Zowel de badkamer als de kamer waren echt proper en netjes. De kamer was zeer ruim en de jacuzzi was een echt pluspunt om even te relaxen na een drukke dag in de stad. Het ontbijt was lekker en feit dat je zelf kan kiezen welk ei je wl en ze dat aan tafel brengen is een fijne extra. "The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"The staff were simply amazing! They did anything and everything to make sure our stay was good. The hotel is not really on the 2nd floor - there’s about 50+ stairs and when you have 100lbs of luggage that was tough. The breakfast next door was great and I once again can’t say enough about the staff! A boutique hotel is not really our thing, but they do a great job for those who like boutiques. VERY close to everything!"

"While I’m still traveling Europe, I’m currently on my 21st country and this place is one of my favorite places I stayed. A piece of advice for other travelers though, make sure you type in the address of the hostel and make sure it correlates with where it’s at bc I typed in the name and it sent me to another place on the other side of the river. Also the local tram is super convenient and right on the other side of the street."
