To say the only thing I found not to be the best are the soap dispensers (need a little strength to get it out) says it all! Located at the Jewish quarter, close to city centre, this hotel is a fantastic choice! I'm totally recommending it to some friends that are planning to visit Kraków."

There's no vallet parking available unlike H15. It is not a 5-star hotel. For me it is a 3-star based on my experiences with other 5 stars. "
