"Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels...

"We kregen bij aankomst een upgrade naar de suite! Heel leuk natuurlijk 😊 ons kamer was dus groot proper, 2 badkamers, 2 toiletten en veel spiegels 🙈. Goed bed, minibar x2, geen uitzicht maar dat heb je in de premiumkamers ook niet. De kamers was dus top! Het ontbijt was goed maar sprong er niet uit, de setting pastte ook niet bij de rest van het hotel, was gewoon oké. Het hotel ligt heel centraal op het prachtige grote plein van Krakòw waar er een heel gezellige sfeer hangt, goede...

"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."
