"They told us we will check in as VIPs. So we can get to go another level for check in. But the entire process was super frustrating. We end up paying for additional pax nobody mentioned anything about per pax thingy and i clearly remember that apartment can fit more than 2 pax... (we have 2 adults + 1 kid for both apartment) The pregnant lady who attend to us seems to be very impatient. Clearly shows on face and body language. Which makes the entire procedure even more frustrating because of the communication barrier and the additional fees. It's NOT about paying more. Is, why nobody inform us earlier? AND best thing of all this? the lucky me, got unknown stain in the middle of my bed.... How lucky...? the room was at near 600$ PER NIGHT IN SGD.. but with this attitude and cleaniness.. I don't know if I will come back again. VERY disappointed. "

"Due to my airline combined flight so I arrived one day after my initial date for check in. I emailed hotel advance and notify them about the incident they replied me immediately. Once I arrived at hotel, I have to say it's the most wonderful feeling and my stress and tiredness after long flight was gone immediately. When I checked in to hotel a very nice lady NuMay helped me. Not only she has the most comfortable voices, patiently explaining everything to me. Details and pleasant. She also escorted me to my room and showed me how to use certain equipments I my room. I have to say I haven't been on any hotel that provides such great hospitality and caring for travelers. When I checked out Mr. Fine also provide high Standard assistance. I will travel again with friends in October and we all decide on to book this hotel together and enjoy Thailand once more. Thank you."

"My husband and I stayed at Pathumwan Princess hotel for 13 nights on our recent visit to Bangkok, and it was an excellent stay. The hotel is excellently situated, it has direct access to the MBK mall on the ground and 2nd floors, thus letting us avoid the heat and humidity of Bangkok. The National Stadium BTS station is just a 10 min walk through MBK. From there, it’s just a quick and easy ride to the major tourist attractions and the other major BKK malls. About the hotel itself, it is a very nice place. The common areas are very modern and clean. We very much enjoyed daily breakfast at Citi Bistro restaurant every morning. There was an excellent variety of Asian and Western foods, from Asian rice porridge to French croissants, hot soy milk to Latte coffee. And they changed the variety every day. As part of the package we had, my husband and I had daily access to the club lounge. We took the opportunity to relax there every evening, to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and other spirits. The service and attention were of the best quality. We had the one bedroom premier suite king, and we loved it. We had butler service daily. The minibar was replenished daily. The room was very spacious with soundproof windows. The bathroom was pretty large with a tub for relaxing. And we loved the sitting area. It was an excellent place away from home. My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at Pathumwan Princess hotel, and hight recommend it. We definitively would stay there again."

"This hotel was beyond exceptional from the beautiful room and bathroom to the huge variety offered at breakfast. Not to mention the decor all over the hotel from lobby to restaurants to pools were stunning. Service was impeccable and quick! Although hotel food room service prices are always obviously higher than say outside on street, well worth the price for a late night mango sticky rice dish. Warm soft rice with ripe mangos! I would return here again and again!"
