As I am recovering from knee surgery, she kindly offered us a downstairs room with easier access, which made a huge difference to my comfort. She truly went the extra mile and was exceptionally kind, professional, and caring. The hotel is very dog-friendly, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay.
