"From the moment of arriving we were made to feel welcome. An initial minor problem was sorted immediately and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hotel, amazing meal at the restaurant steak with asparagus and sweet potato fries. The hotel pool and spa were great. We will visit again. There is an amazing park with lots to see next door."

"Great location. Huge room with all required amenieties. Clean. Not luxury but as described and fully functional with the exception of the sofa bed. If using the Sofa bed do not expect to sleep - it creaks so loudly at every slight movement - so bad so, that we had to resort to placing the thin matress directly on the floor and putting the actual bed frame away."

It was also centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and many local attractions and activities. The customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Having bilingual customer service made communication easy and added to the overall excellent experience. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. I felt welcomed from check-in to check-out and appreciated the attention to detail throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel to you and your family.
